New Year Means Wine

Rosh Hashanah is a time for sweet things, to give us hopes of a sweet year. Hence the tradition of apple dipped in honey. Therefore, for me, this is the festival for sweet wines. Not any old sweet kiddush wine, but a proper dessert wine.
